What times can I book?+
Available appointments show live in the calendar above. If you don't see a time that works, call or text us and we'll find one that fits.
How long is the appointment?+
Plan for about 60 minutes — that includes a short intake, your T-Shape 2 session, and aftercare guidance. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
Do I pay anything to book?+
Booking is free. On the next step you'll place a fully refundable $29 deposit to secure your slot — it's credited toward your $199 intro session.
Can I reschedule after booking?+
Yes. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no cost using the link in your confirmation email.
What should I do before my session?+
Hydrate well (60oz+ the day before), eat a light meal 1–2 hours prior, skip caffeine and alcohol the day of, and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
