Is the $49 deposit refundable?+
Yes — fully refundable up to 24 hours before your appointment. It's also credited toward your $199 intro session, so you never pay more than the intro price.
Is my payment secure?+
Yes. Payments are encrypted and processed by Stripe through GoHighLevel. We never see or store your card details.
What if I need to cancel?+
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund of your deposit. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit.
When will I be charged the remaining balance?+
The remaining $150 for your intro session is collected in-studio on the day of your appointment.
Will I get a confirmation?+
Yes — right after your deposit you'll receive a confirmation by email and SMS with your appointment details and prep instructions.
Can I use a different card in-studio?+
